Pick any item, then choose your chance of getting it. The price is the item's value times your chance, plus a small house margin. The needle spins and stops on your roll: inside the green zone, the item is yours.

Yes. Drag it anywhere round the ring before you deal. It does not change your chance, only where the zone sits: the needle always stops on your roll measured from the start of the zone.

Every deal is a provably fair roll from your own seed pair. The needle stops exactly where your roll landed, and the roll can be checked on the Provably Fair page.

It goes into your items like any pull: ship it, get the code, or swap it for credit.
