If something on LuckyBox uses your intellectual property without permission, tell us and we will look at it quickly.

What we sell

Every item in a box is a genuine product. Brand and product names are used only to describe those items, and LuckyBox is not affiliated with any brand shown.

How to send a notice

Send it through the Contact page with:

• who you are, and who you act for if it is not yourself;
• the work or mark you believe is infringed;
• the page on LuckyBox where it appears;
• a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised, and that your notice is accurate.

What happens next

We acknowledge the notice, remove or disable the material while we review it where that is appropriate, and tell you the outcome.
